I studied ballet in school, however. If it's ballet or modern you're talking about, there are performing arts high schools you could look into. But I don't know about any that offer intense training in ballroom. Personally, I hadn't had any ballroom at all until a year ago. But ballet is the very best background for anything. (Former ballet dancers have gone into gymnastics, iceskating, ballroom, modern, Broadway, etc.) WIth the exception of tap, I think. (It's hard to tap in turn-out. )
